I created Illuminating Potential because I believe the most powerful leadership begins within.
Over two decades of building teams, leading strategy, and navigating both boardrooms and life’s most tender thresholds, I’ve come to trust that clarity, presence, and courage are the true catalysts for meaningful change.
This work is personal. It’s born from my own journey of learning how to soften without shrinking, to lead with purpose instead of proving, and to honor the quiet truths that often get overlooked in fast‑paced environments. My path includes 20+ years in marketing, data, and executive leadership alongside certifications in yoga and sound healing and training in space activation/feng shui. I’m a Latina, a mom of three, and a systems thinker who integrates evidence‑based coaching with energetic tools. Where strategy meets soul, I founded Illuminating Potential.
Through coaching, sound, and space work, I guide people back to the wisdom they already carry—so they can lead lives and organizations that reflect their deepest values.
