Sixty minutes of permission, perspective, and presence with people walking similar paths: emerging professionals, established founders, creatives, parents, and members of professional communities. About founding rates. Founding rates are introductory and limited to a small number of clients per tier. Once those founding spots are filled, each tier transitions to its standard rate. The founding rate is an honest signal of where the practice is right now — early, intentional, and growing — not a discount.

No. Coaching is forward-focused. We're not diagnosing or treating. We're designing what's next. If something surfaces that would benefit from therapeutic support, I'll always name it honestly.

I'm earlier in my career. Is this for me?
Yes. The work doesn't require you to have built something first. It requires you to be paying attention to what wants to be built. For emerging professionals, the natural starting point is often Brighter Together. The monthly community format keeps it accessible, and being in the work alongside people at different stages tends to be especially powerful early in a career. From there, single sessions or deeper containers become an option as it makes sense.
What's a founding rate?
Each tier has a small number of founding spots offered at the founding rate. Once those are filled, the tier transitions to its standard rate. It's an honest signal of where the practice is right now, not a discount or a sale. If you book at the founding rate, that's the rate you stay at for the duration of your container.
I'm not "woo." Will this work for me?
I built my career in data. The somatic and energetic practices I use are grounded in neuroscience and nervous system regulation. You don't need to believe in anything. You just need to be open to noticing.
Do you work with people outside of the U.S.?
Absolutely. I've led teams across four continents and I work with clients globally. Sessions are via Zoom, and I'm flexible with time zones.
What makes this different from other coaching?
Most coaching works with the mind. This works with the whole system. I integrate strategic life design with energy intelligence: somatic awareness, sound healing, and nervous system work.
What's the time commitment?
Sessions are 60 minutes, typically biweekly. Between sessions, you'll have reflections and small actions. The time investment is modest. The return is not.
