Meet Lara
I'm Lara Indrikovs—a conscious coach, transformation guide, and founder of Illuminating Potential.
I've spent two decades studying what helps people evolve. Some of that education happened in corporate leadership roles, building teams and scaling systems at fast-paced companies. But most of it happened in the spaces between—watching people navigate transitions, face fears, question everything, and ultimately step into more aligned versions of themselves.
What I realized: The most powerful transformations happen when we stop compartmentalizing. When we bring all of who we are—the strategic thinker AND the intuitive seeker, the ambitious builder AND the soul who needs rest—into our lives and work.
Today, I support people through moments of becoming. Whether you're leaving a career that no longer fits, stepping into new leadership (of self or others), navigating a major life transition, or simply feeling the pull toward something more aligned—I create space where insight becomes action.
My approach blends strategic thinking with tools for energetic clarity and presence. Because transformation isn't just mental. It's embodied, environmental, and deeply personal.

I believe in leading from wholeness, not woundedness. In bringing all parts of yourself into your life. In the power of softening without shrinking.
I'm Dominican-American, a first-generation professional, and a mother of three. I learned early to carry responsibility—and I'm now learning to trust the unfolding. To listen as much as I strategize. To honor intuition alongside data.
My heritage taught me that you can hold multiple truths at once. That “both/and” beats “either/or”. That the most powerful thing you can do is show up as all of who you are—strategic thinker and spiritual seeker, ambitious builder and devoted mother, systems designer and energy worker.
I create because I need to. I lead because I'm called to. And I do this work because I've walked the path of transformation myself—and I'm still walking it.
