I built my career in
boardrooms. I found my
calling in integration.
I'm Dominican-American, a mother of three, and someone who spent twenty years building and leading global data organizations across four continents, inside companies like Twilio and Rackspace.
Alongside that career, I trained as a certified yoga instructor, a certified sound healer, and a space activation practitioner, and I learned to trust what I sense as a form of intelligence in its own right. For a long time I kept those two worlds in separate rooms. The day I stopped is the day my leadership, and my life, started to feel whole.
