Your Whole Worth
In Your Own Words
You already know what you bring. Most of us just haven't found the words for it yet. In ninety minutes you'll find them, in your own words and in the words of the people who know you, and you'll leave with one sentence you can say out loud.

For this first run
Registration closes Monday, January 18. Asking your five people takes about a week, so start the day you register.
What a review leaves out
A performance review is a partial inventory by design.
It counts what the job paid for. Everything it left out is still yours.
Who this is for
Nothing is missing. Some of it you cannot hear from the inside.
You already know what you bring, and that knowing stays yours. The exception is the thing you do without noticing, because you have never once not done it. It is like your own accent. Everyone hears it but you.
So the people around you are a mirror rather than a verdict. They have been keeping that part of the record for years, nobody has ever asked them for it, and they answer in about ninety seconds.
Which is worth having now, because you're in a transition or close to one. People tell you you're good at everything, which is the same as being told nothing, and when someone asks what you bring, you go blank. On January 21 you write it down, in your own words.
How it runs
How the ninety minutes work.
One worksheet, start to finish. Everything gets finished before we log off.
One
The week after you register.
The confirmation email brings the exact words to send, so there is nothing for you to write. You forward them to five people who know you and ask for their first instinct. The replies come straight to you. Paste them into one document and do not read them closely until the workshop.
Two
Thursday, January 21.
You write your own list first, in your handwriting. Then you read your people's words properly for the first time, and sort them: what repeats, what surprised you, and what nobody said. Out of that you write one sentence. What you bring, to whom, and what happens when you do.
Three
Before you leave.
You name one place the sentence goes this week: a bio, a conversation you have been avoiding, a rate you have not said out loud. You leave with the page finished.
What you take home
One sentence, in your own words.
The worksheet
Your own words, your people's words, and the sentence you write from them. Finished before you leave, in your handwriting, yours to keep.

Your host
Hi, I am Lara.
I am the founder of Illuminating Potential®. I spent two decades where the decision gets made, the first running national advertising campaigns and the second leading enterprise data. Now I bring all of me to the work.
I coach people whose job title stopped describing what they actually do. This workshop is the ninety minutes I run when someone cannot yet say what she brings.
Ninety minutes, and you leave with the sentence written.
Your place
Save your place.
The confirmation email brings the time, the join link, and the words to send your five people.
Nothing else happens to your inbox that you did not ask for.
Not this one?
The workshop runs again.
If you would rather start sooner, you do not have to wait for it.
Begins with a conversation: a Single Session or a Clarity Call.
