Meet Lara

Welcome, I'm Lara

I'm glad you're here. I'm a mother of three, a strategist, a healer, a builder — and someone who spent a long time figuring out how these could all coexist.

They can. They do. In me, and probably in you too.

I'm Dominican-American, which means I grew up knowing you can hold multiple truths at once. I've spent 20+ years leading global organizations and scaling systems. I've also stood in living rooms with singing bowls and sat in stillness when the data stopped making sense. For most of my career, I kept those worlds separate.

Why now? Because I finally stopped. This isn't a pivot — it's a convergence. Everything I've learned about leadership, transformation, and what actually helps people evolve is now in one place.

Illuminating Potential® is what emerged. Coaching for leaders ready to come home to themselves. Consulting for organizations ready to build with soul and rigor. Two paths, one truth: the best decisions come from integration and intention, not fragmentation.
