Hi, I'm Lara.
I spent 20+ years building global teams and leading data organizations—in advertising, marketing, and enterprise analytics. I've sat in the rooms where strategy gets made. I've navigated the politics, the pressure, and the performance expectations.
And at some point, I realized: the leadership that got me here wasn't going to take me where I actually wanted to go.
Now I coach leaders who are asking the same question. Not because they're broken—but because they're evolving. My work bridges strategy and soul, clarity and execution, the corporate and the conscious.
I'm formally trained as a coach through Mento as well as my 20 years leading people and teams. I'm also a certified yoga instructor, sound healer, and space activation practitioner—bringing everything I've learned, from data strategy to energy work, to support leaders in transition.
I help leaders come home to all of themselves, then bring that wholeness into the work that’s calling. My approach blends strategy, systems, somatic work, and intuitive insight, grounded in evidence. Intuition here means pattern recognition, energetic attunement, and deep listening.
